At the beginning of 2018, both my work experiences and enthusiasm for the countryside led me to start my own company – GEORGE GRASSLAND SERVICES, the sister company to GEORGE SPORTS SERVICES.

This naturally led into the creation of GEORGE SPORTS SERVICES, providing sports grounds maintenance – for schools and recreational grounds and private sports clubs.

3G Playing Surfaces
It is often assumed that because the surface is made of synthetic fibres that it does not need any maintenance whereas in fact, it has been proved that it can increase its longevity by as much as 5 years.
The infill sand or rubber will migrate to the outside of the surface and can build up over time leaving the high usage areas through the middle of the pitch low thus damaging the carpet fibres.
